TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURIES and
POST STROKES

Visual problems from traumatic brain injury or closed head injury can significantly affect the speed of the patient's recovery.

Some of the symptoms following a head or neck injury include double vision, dizziness, light sensitivity, loss of balance, decrease in peripheral vision, visual blur, disorientation, reading problems, tracking and focusing, and headaches.

With appropriate lenses, prisms and vision therapy, many of the symptoms can be alleviated and the patient can return back to work and school successfully. Vision is our guiding sense, so naturally, vision care promotes a more successful recovery in all other areas.

We use one or a combination of lenses, prisms, and vision therapy to help our brain injury patients to recover.
